At Deuxmoons our goal is to offer you reliable and efficient shipping service. We are currently shipping within the United States; for International orders, please contact us directly at hello@deuxmoons.com so we can find the best shipping options for your order. Because candles are heavy and cube-shaped, shipping tends to be costly.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Handling time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. Our goal is to dispatch all retail orders placed at deuxmoons.com within 24 hours of the order being placed. In some cases and particularly during the summer months, we may intentionally delay orders so they are not sitting in heated storage areas over a weekend. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please let us know.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped once they have left our possession and are en route to the destination. US orders are typically shipped via UPS or USPS. Orders containing matches must be shipped via UPS. Depending on your location, UPS ground can take 1-5 business days for your package to arrive. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, shipping times are taking longer than usual - particularly with USPS. Please know these circumstances are beyond our control and we are doing all we can to ensure your order makes it to you in a reasonable timeframe.
